Golf is a relatively simple game, all one has to do is get a little white ball into a hole several hundred yards away. However, the way in which this is done is not a simple. People have devoted their entire careers to creating equipment that helps golfers accomplish this task. Their work is directly related to the results of dozens of physics experiments and even more calculations. Everything from projectile motion to aerodynamics has affects in the game of golf.
