Sushi is a main dish in Japan's culture. The price of sushi varies depending on the type and appearance of the plate. Cheap sushi is called kurukuru or kaiten sushi. One plate costs almost 100 yen. If you wish a colored platter, it costs much more. The various types of sushi include magura, shake, ika, tamago, ebi, hamachi, amaebi, uni, ikura, anago, hotategai, and gari.
