How has the Western World been a Blessing to the Non-Western World?

Summary:   The role of Western Civilization on people in other parts of the world.


Western world has its History beginning from the time of the Old Roman Empire. They created the basis for the upcoming world, called nowadays Western. The influence that the Roman Empire gave to the Non-Western world was continued to be by the Western world. The immense and productive cultural heritage from the old Romans has been observed and learned by the Non-Western world under Rome's direct influence or by their own will. Prolonging the old traditions the Western world has been always devoting time to teach and help the rest of the world. The Western world has been a blessing to the Non-Western world.

The social advance that the Western world has achieved in its stage of evolution is great and every one has to learn from the positive and creative structures that have been developed. Society in its nature has overcome many difficulties until the way we see it today. There were many obstacles that were to be passed, in order to be created a society of moral laws and government laws, of natural order and the order of the state. The belief that everybody is to achieve everything in his thoughtful life, depending only on its own and with the help of his/her countrymen is invaluable thing that is to be spread to the Non-Western world. The idea of unification comes from the Western world and the great aspects that come from it must be heard from every Non-Western world. Western world has shown that great things are only possible when there is one idea and a whole body to do it.

Western world has developed a flexible structure of its social culture of living. People from the Western World are working hard so that they would be able to create the things each human being is dreaming about. It is a common fact that only trough hard work prosperity comes, but in the Western world that thing is easily seen, and the example that part of the world gives to the Non-Western world is a blessing that only time will show how incredibly worthy it is. People are working hard during the week and after that deserved break is coming during the weekend, in which people are to enjoy the vast number of activities available to be done. Every man around the world is working to earn its living in the way they are. For that part of the Non-Western world it can be said that only trough getting the experience of the Western World is going to grant them more possibilities for developing themselves as societies and at the same time preserving their own cultural uniqueness.

Religion is what the Western world devotes large part of ones life and attitude. Christianity is what in some relation describes the Western world. It has its roots from the time of the Great Emperor Constantine the Great who developed the belief that the state has to be in close relation to the religion, and the politics that each country makes must be related to the Christian ways. Those are basic principles that the Western world has been promoting and helping to be understood around the Non-Western world during recent centuries. The great every-day life principles of Christianity describing the mutual respect, equality, appreciating the differences and love for all people were brought around the world, by the Western world during the recent centuries.

Science is another thing that is being greatly praised in the Western world and brought to the notion of the Non-Western world. The Non-Western world is blessed by the possibility of accumulating that great knowledge gathered through the centuries in the areas of science. All that scientific knowledge has been shared and helped to be included in the structures of the foreign societies by the Western world. Examples can be seen in the government structures around the world that resemble the Western ones. Imagine how the world around you would look like, if there weren't the enormous discoveries of scientists like Albert Einstein, Isaac Newton, Charles Darwin, Alexander Bell and a handful more of the Western great scientists.

The Western world has always been the hand that the needed are receiving in times of need. Whenever there is a crisis in the Non-Western world the only stronghold that is to be turned on for help is the Western world. The powerful, thoughtful and spiritual people with big hearts from the Western world were always to help in famine, in hard times and in good times for improvement the relationships between the nations, sharing their abilities to deal with the problems. No matter what all people form the Non-Western world know that they can always rely that a hand of a friend will be always stretched for them. Organizations like UN and UNICEF, founded by the Western world, are the perfect example for the humanism the Western world promotes to the rest of the world, providing help, care and mainly shelter and food to the one in need.

The Non-Western world has been brought to understand the great advances of the Western world in the universe of Art. Painters and inventors like Leonardo da Vinci, craftsmen like Michelangelo and many other well-known creators of fine Arts with provisionary views about the world that surrounds us and the laws of nature are to be held accountable for the shaping and inspiring the Non-Western nations. Their legacy is to stay many years, after their souls have left the Earth, blessing with the beauty of creation and development the Non-Western world.

As well as Art and Literature of the Western world has to say a lot to the Non-Western world. Famous and acknowledged around the world are Western writers like William Shakespeare, Goethe, Victor Hugo, Mark Twain and many others. They have been a profound knowledge base for the Non-Western world, being read and analyzed during the years, by them. The variety of wisdom that is to be found in the Western Literature has been learned and being applied by the Non-Western nations. Those incredibly gifted and talented man and women are the driving force of the nations of the whole world, giving the right example for character that everyone is to posses and head for.

The Western world has given a lot to the so called Non-Western world. Each person from the Non-Western world has felt the influence and guidance, trough different ways that gives the Western world. The Non-Western world has been blessed in large degree to be in contact with the Western world. A great amount of advances in all kind of areas have been discovered from the Western world and brought to the Non-Western. It is inevitable nations to interact with each other and share their knowledge and wisdom, but the Western world has marked fortunately the rest with its unique culture and experience.
