Personalities Change over time

In general, ones personality changes over time. Changes come about when the need to adapt to your environment arises and people suffer or prosper from others actions. In the Story Lord of The Flies, by, William Golding, Ralph changes from a strong leader to a nobody, others no longer want to listen to him.

Ralph is a strong,faithful Leader; he Likes to be the informer and decides to make a type of government. For example, Ralph finds a Conch shell, and says `" We can use this to call the others. Have a meeting. They'll come when they hear us- '" (Golding 16).This displays that Ralph decides that the conch shell will make everything more organized and less hectic. When they blow into the shell everyone has to come to the assembly. Ralph illustrates that he is concerned and wants to keep the littluns...
