Bush is working to save and strengthen Social Security and Medicare by having thorough plans for action. He has signed tax relief that created rebate checks and lower tax rates for everyone who paid income taxes in the US.

Bush is making Health Care more affordable to Americans. President Bush created new tax free health savings accounts for millions of Americans. The money in the account grows over the years and can be used in the future for medical needs.
