Summary: Summarizes and reviews the book, Go Ask Alice, by Anonymous. Explores its appeal to teenagers.
When I started reading this book I was immediately attached. It's a complete diary of a teenage girl. It started off as a typical teenage girl with somewhat relevant issues as some of us have today. She worries about boys, acceptance from her peers, her weight, and her family. At her school she worries about what her crush thinks of her and she explains her discomforts there. She gets excited, though, she hears that her father gets transferred to a collage into a different town because he is a professor. While her family is trying to get adjusted to the new town, Alice feels out of place at school, until she met a new girl by the name of Beth, who is a lot like her. When school is out, both the girls have to part their ways. While Beth goes to camp Alice stays with her grandparents...
