Ryan White Ryan white was a boy from Kokomo, Indiana who contracted the deadly disorder, AIDS through a contaminated blood-clotting agent used to treat his hemophilia. Ryan was born December 6,1971 and received worldwide attention after he was stripped in December 1984 from attending school by Superintend James Smith. On April 8,1990 sadly Ryan died but he made a difference in the world.

When Ryan and his parents found out that Ryan had contracted AIDS they did not give up, they kept fight. They were determined to go on living life as normal family. They wanted him to continue to go to school as a normal kid. He reacted in a positive way, by thinking of ways he could live life to the fullest and he was very strong to not break down.
