Have you ever felt out of place, or that everyone's staring at you for your differences? Everyone has a flaw in their character, and some people just don't like to admit what it is. My character flaw is insecurity. Insecurity with yourself is having an uncertainty about your looks, your personality, your hair, or just yourself in general. When you bring out your character flaw, for example, wearing it on your chest as a symbol, many more people notice and question you about it.

In The Scarlet Letter Hester Prynne has to wear the letter "A" on her chest as a sign of her sin, the sin being adultery. Hester is forced to wear this letter on her chest for everyone to see as penance for her sin. Although the letter I wore on my chest was not a sin, it still caught a lot of people's attention...
