Summary: There's no reason for George W. Bush's war on terrorism. No weapons of mass destruction were found. Now, he lacks the support of his troops, and innocent lives are being lost every day.
Thousands of parents whose children are fighting in the war "on terrorism" have made the trip to the front door to see two soldiers standing outside. Without a word being said, the parents know their son or daughter has been killed in the line of duty. Parents and friends of the fallen soldiers and American citizens have been asking the same question, what is this war trying to accomplish? President George W. Bush states that we are in this war to help set up a democracy for the Iraqi people. Americans against the war argue that we are attacking the wrong country; Iraq is not the country that terrorized our nation on September 11, 2001. Since America was a target of Iraq, U.S citizens say they felt threatened by Iraq because they were believed to have weapons of mass destruction.
