Summary:   The Reptile Room, by Lemony Snicket, is about the Baudelaire children going to their Uncle Montgomery's house to be taken care of by him. Their uncle's house was located in Tedia, also known as Lousy Lane.


The Reptile Room, by Lemony Snicket, is about the Baudelaire children going to their Uncle Montgomery's house to be taken care of by him. Their uncle's house was located in Tedia, also known as Lousy Lane. While staying at their uncle's house, many unfortunate events happened. These Baudelaire children became orphans because their parents died in a fire. A man named Count Olaf was the first adopter of these kids. The children soon found out that Count Olaf was evil, and was only after the Baudelaire's money. Now that the children have came to live with their Uncle Monty, will they be safe"

The book is about three children that go through a lot of misfortunes. The Baudelaire parents died and had to be taken care of. Their first caretaker was Count Olaf. Count Olaf's bad identity.....
