In a world full of diverse people with different view points and different ideas, how could a society not be divided between ideas or beliefs? Whether it is at school, work, or a different group within a community cliques always form. People always separate themselves. While it may not always happen all at once it is bound to happen eventually. During the 1790's American history underwent a very specific and memorable split; political parties arose. These parties arose because of human nature, opposing opinions about foreign and economic policy, and different views of the constitution.
