Pedone and Taylor express different views on the topic of sexual harassment against women in the workplace.

In the business world of today, sexual harassment against women in the workplace is becoming a controversial topic. Some scholars believe that it is a serious problem while others disagree and believe the issue has been blown out of proportion.
