In becoming a fashion Coordinator, the best steps to take with extensive experience through the fashion industry usually begins at retail sales. First you need to become a retail sales associate then to a buyer, progressing to an assistant fashion coordinator then to a fashion coordinator and the highest level of fashion coordinating is reaching to be a fashion director.
This job usually offers decent pay, due to its requirements and extensive work. The average salary of a fashion coordinator, is $40,000 or higher. Many institutions offer the training or degree for one looking into majoring in Fashion Coordinating. A local university that offers a bachelors degree and higher in fashion, is VCU (Virginia Commonwealth University).
