Summary: A short history of China and its developments over time. Known as the world's oldest most continuous major civilization, China has remained a strong country through its series of ruling dynasties, which helped to develop a system of bureaucratic control, as well as its culture, developed in part through the ideas of Confucianism and common writing.
China is known as "the world's oldest most continuos major civilization, with records dating back more than 3,500 years ago, with 5000 BCE as the year of first civilization. Strong dynasties helped to develop a system of bureaucratic control, which gave them an authority over nearby migrant cultures. The ideas of Confucianism and common writing developed strength within the Chinese civilizations ("Chinese History" N.P.).

The history of China, is extradorninarily rich, complex and continuos. China held an ancient form of ruling- dynasties. The word dynasty means, "a succession of rulers from the same family." The first dynasty started with the Shang dynasty during the Bronze Age. This era became known as the Bronze Age, because of the cast-bronze weapons created by the Shang kings, which offered both military support and a temple item. Fine items such as woven silk, glazed ceramics and lacquerware come forth during this time period...
