Summary: This essay is a response to the movie "Bowling For Columbine" in regard to gun control laws. It discusses the ease of gun obtainment in America.
After viewing the documentary Bowling for Columbine I felt that I was exposed to a lot of information regarding gun violence that I did not previously know. Gun violence is an overwhelmingly seriously problem in the United States, more so than in almost any other country in the world. Part of this could be that if you want to, it is extremely easy to obtain a gun in America. Or maybe it's because of how our children are raised. However society is quick to point the finger at anyone but themselves as the source of gun violence. Weather it be music, TV, or video games, almost anything can be blamed for gun crimes.
