Thank to the dizzy development of technology leading to many treatments applied in health care services, just one of the motors, our life expectancy has increased sharply this century and is expected to continue in the furture. The number of people reaching old ages is therefore rising too. In the world to day, about 580 million people are over 60 years old and this number is expected to be 1000 million people by 2020- approximately 75% increasing compared with 50% of the world population as a whole.

However contrary to the increase in the quantity of old people, it seems to be an decrease in the quanlity of the old's life. In UK, for an instance, older people are being denied social care because councils are diverting funding to services for younger adults. 47 percent, less than.....
