Summary: Sports: a physical activity that is governed by a set of rules or customs and often engaged in competitively. Hockey, Basketball, Baseball, Badminton, Tennis, and Volleyball are just few of the many sports which adolescences participate in around the world. Adolescences living all around the world including Canada, United States or even China have all at one time taken part in sports at one time or another. So almost everyone knows the saying "he (she) shoots he (she) scores!"

The major reason sports are seen as a positive acts in today's society is that sports are great ways to improve relation ships and get you around other people. Also sports contributes to positively building teens self-esteem levels in teens. The third important point that demonstrates that sports are a great value is that sports keep adolescence out of trouble. The fourth and most important point is that sports benefit you is the idea of keeping yourself fit. The value of sports to building adolescences is one thing that should be greatly cherished in the world today.
