Summary:   Should citizens of America lose certain freedoms in order to be safe? Giving up some of our fundamental rights probably may not always guarantee our safety, but the government hopes to make that claim true. Our Constitutional and privacy rights often might be intervened by authorities. This is part of their "safety measures" and officials will not hesitate to enforce them.


Should citizens of America lose certain freedoms in order to be safe? Giving up some of our fundamental rights probably may not always guarantee our safety, but the government hopes to make that claim true. Our Constitutional and privacy rights often might be intervened by authorities. This is part of their "safety measures" and officials will not hesitate to enforce them. The government may take several freedoms from all citizens of the United States for security causes. Government authorities hope to protect and ensure the well being of everyone by doing so. One major and important example of this is the USA Patriot Act set up by the George W. Bush administration as the answer against terrorism.

Rights of citizens include the right of privacy and others stated in the Constitution. Although everyone is guaranteed equal.....
