Several events have occurred in the past, which has made the world the way it is today. If one even had not taken place in history, then the world would evolve differently as it does currently. People learn from their mistakes, just as people learn from the past mistakes in history. For this reason, people try to not make the same errors by preventing history from repeating itself by learning the causes. The events of the past have made a great impact on our world today. Such as the Holocaust, Post-modernism, Fascism, The Atomic Age, New Balance of Power, and the Cold War.
