"The American conquest against those scummy, evil Japs"; that is the idea that the media portrays in the `American mind' in 1942. The representation of the Japanese in `God is my Copilot' shows them as evil, godless beings. The Chinese, whom are closely related to the Japanese race, are also shown in the movie but they are characterized to be admirable and innocent. In the movie `God is my Copilot', The Americans become a standard of good, the Chinese are sided with them and shown to be no different than the Americans while the Japanese are the opposite of the Americans, pure evil and trash.
