Summary:  

Summarizes all the chapters of the book A Farewell to Arms, by Ernest Hemingway.

Chapter I: In the First chapter of this novel I am a little surprised at the description of the area that the main character is in. I expected more from the author. It is described as a battle zone and it is bleak. I think that the author purposely described it this way to fully make the reader feel the book. I think it's interesting that the book is written as a view from a common ambulance driver, Henry. I also think that the reader should know a little about WWI. It helped me get into the mindset of the book and understand the book more.

Chapter II: I did enjoy reading about the town of Gorizia, in Italy. It sounded like a nice place for a stay. The cafes sounded lovely and there was the fact.....
