As a result, their immune systems grow stronger, less illness would occur, and have a tendency to be more fit then others that are not physically healthy. A positive factor that influences people to be more physically healthy and activate would be their competitiveness at sports. People and athletes that are very competitive, spends hours outside to practice and watch their diet very carefully. However, there are many negative factors of influences.
