Summary:   Explores the issue of capital punsishment. Describes why Capital punishment should be used worldwide.


Capital Punishment, the manner of chastisement used on an offender after they have been proven guilty, has been a debatable topic for years and years. In the Funk and Wagnall's Encyclopaedia, Capital Punishment generally refers to flogging, branding, or mutilation as a punishment of crime (227). Some say Capital Punishment is not the answer to deterring crime, and it promotes violence. I say it is the ultimate deterrence to repetitive crime committing and Capital Punishment should be the solution to a violation of criminal law.
