In Chile there are many different and flavorful foods eaten by its citizens. A large portion of their diet is chicken and seafood in the coastal regions. Chicken Grille with Yogurt is seasoned chicken breasts that are sautéed and served with yogurt. Some ingredients include Chicken, avocado, oil and chives. Another Chilean food is Artichoke and Salmon Casserole. It is a mixture of salmon, shrimp and artichokes. Some ingredients include artichokes, salmon, shrimp, paprika, cheese, and light cream. Because of the great amounts of fruits grown in Chile, fruits and vegetables are very abundant in their diet as well as in many dishes.
