The Amazon Rainforest covers more than a billion acres, encompassing areas in Brazil, Venezuela, Columbia and the Eastern Andean region of Ecuador and Peru. Every second 1.5 acres of the Amazon are destroyed (rain-tree). We need to stop the destruction of the Amazon rainforest immediately.

The Amazon Rainforest is an important factor in the well-being of humanity.
