The company will be managed by three key employees. Tanisha Taylor, President and CEO, is responsible for product selection, sales and marketing. Donna Bess, will be Vice President, in charge of Administration. She will be responsible for customer service, accounting, shipping and the general administration of the business. Louise Williams, will be responsible for technology, training, graphic design and supervision of the workers.

These employees have a combined background of over 15 years in the business. Tanisha Taylor has a degree from the University of Massachusetts and a long history and experience in the book industry. Donna Bess graduated from New York University and is a CPA. Louise Williamson has directed a staff of 12 as the manager of customer service for Barnes and Nobles, a major bookstore.
