What is Alzheimer's"

Alzheimer's is a complex disease of the brain. It causes the gradual loss of brain cells and will eventually cause death. Many people suffer from the disease. It has no cure.

Signs and Symptoms:

  • Memory loss
  • Difficulty performing familiar tasks
  • Problems with language
  • Disorientation to time and place
  • Poor or decreased judgment
  • Problems with abstract thinking
  • Misplacing things
  • Changes in mood or behavior
  • Changes in personality
  • Loss of initiative
Causes of Alzheimer's:
