Our First Three Presidents

Summary:   Essay gives a comparison of the first three Presidents of the United States as well as their acts.


The first three presidents of our country had major impacts on our country's history and bigger impacts on our country's future. These three men, George Washington, John Adams, and Thomas Jefferson, were (respectively) the first, second, and third presidents of our country. Each of them was important in his own way but here I have them listed in general order of least to most important.

First, there is Adams, our second president who only served one term in office but made crucial decisions mainly dealing with our revolutionary war ally, France. The First thing that made him influential and important was the "XYZ" affair. Adams sent three ambassadors to France to sort out issues. The moment the ambassadors arrived they were asked by three French agents (Mr. X, Mr. Y, and Mr. Z) for bribes and loans.....
