Biography of Leonhard Euler
Leonhard Eueler and his father were ministers. Leonhard's father had studied some mathematics. Even though he went to a school that teach math, his father taught him some math. That spaerked Leonhard's interest to study at home.
Leonhard's father enrolled him at the University of Basel when he was fourteen years old. There he met Johann Bernoulli. Bernoulli enticed Euler to read and study more difficult math books.
Euler completed his masters degree in 1727 and then began to study Christian theology because his father wanted him to become a minister. Euler couldn't stay interested in theology so he changed his studies to mathematics.
He completed his work in the University of Basel in 1726. In 1727, Euler had published a paper. He also published another article. Leonhard joined the St. Petersburg Academy...
