Summary:   Essay discusses if education should be state or local power.


Power is defined as the ability or capacity to perform or act effectively. Power can determine the outcome of any situation so it is important to know who holds the power and how they use it. Power can effectively change or solve any conflicting problems that may be present. Gay marriages is a problem that has come to our present time but we do not know how to handle the situation because is it the national government that holds the power to say yes or no or is it the states right to determine if it is ok or not. This specific situation requires some sort of power to help solve the problem and help determine the rules and regulations to keep order. There are many more situations where we question who should solve the problem.....
