I don't thing so. At least not in the meaning of the Middle Ages. Not only have knights disappeared but there are also no gentlemen anymore. And if you find one he is surely gey. Nowadays, politeness is a sing of weakness. Rare can you find a well brought-up man who is really man enough not to care what other people may say if he, God forbid!, opens a door for a woman. We are not talking about portiers!
