The Art of Art: Your Little Boy Up on Stage

Summary: Describes the kinds of stuff that elementary school students love to do during their acting class; and a good way to teach them how to express themselves to the fullest when they're on the stage.
Children love getting to be the center of attention. They love to be surrounded by onlookers. They love for those onlookers to really be eating out of the palm of their hands. They love to have those onlookers be studying their every move, but most of the time teachers ask themselves the same odd question: "How can I make twenty some odd kids the center of attention at the same exact time without causing complete chaos"" Perplexed, they feel that they can not be the best teacher that they could really be.

Most teachers that I know have called me when they are making their lesson plans and they just don't know what to do. I tell them the only thing they can do is bring it to the stage.
