Summary:   The following provides a cause and effect essay regarding stress.


In everyday life, there are many different pressures that change and challenge people. Everyone has their own problems and stress is the result of having too much pressures and obligations. However, stress can be both good and harmful.

What causes stress? Change of a situation, things is the causes of the stress. Relationships are the biggest causes of stress. When a person finds that making friends is harder than he expected, stress presents. People become stress due to peer pressure. Peer pressure is the second leading stressor among students. Poor nutrition can also be the reason that leads to stress. Poor nutrition habits weaken body immune system and energy levels, which leads to stress. Whatever the reasons may be stress still exists among people's everyday life.

Little bit of stress can be a good thing. Everyone experiences stress.....
