Essay consists of a biography of Steven Speilberg.

Steven Speilberg is a person worth knowing. He is a well-known director. As a child he was not allowed to watch television. He is still one of the wealthiest directors today.

On December 18, 1947 in Cincinnati Ohio Steven Speilberg was born into a Jewish family. His father, Arnold Speilberg was an electrical engineer and a computer expert. His mother, Leah (Posner) Speilberg was a former concert pianist. Steven Speilberg was the oldest of four children. The family moved numerous times because of Arnold Speilberg's many jobs. The family moved from Ohio to Haddonfield, New Jersey to the suburbs of Phoenix, Arizona because Arnold Speilberg accepted executive level positions with many electronic firms. In Arizona, when Steven Speilberg was still young he was active in Boy Scouts and Little League Baseball, but his major interest was film.....
