Roots of Evil

Summary:   Violence is an everyday act committed by billions of people around the world. Everyone has been affected by violence and many people have committed violent acts or crimes. With the number of violence among people raising the argument over what causes violent behavior is increasing significantly.


The major root violence is biology, everyone is born with violence inside then it is a natural instinct to be aggressive; what turns aggression into violence is the secondary root; the nurture that a person receives. Biology is the most important factor because it establishes how hostile a person will be. Environment is also a root to violent behavior because it molds the natural violent makeup in an individual. The third most important factor that causes violent behavior is the interaction of environment affecting biology. These three factors are the roots to violent behavior. Biological factors that affect violent behavior include biochemical imbalances, testosterone levels, serotonin levels and brain defects. Violence must have mainly a biological as a root because violence occurs in all cultures, no matter how different their social structures are. Almost 90%.....
