Yes or No to Year-Round Schools

Summary:   Its about how year round schools could be better than regular schools.


The way this country educates is changing. A couple decades ago someone had an idea to change the school year calendar. Now there are two different types of school years. The most commonly found one is the 10-month school year. It goes from September to June. Between the end school and the next start of school year is the 12 weeks of summer vacation. But the new, year-round school is quit different. Instead of going for 10 month, this year round school system goes all year long. But it also has breaks, 3 wonderful weeks out of every 10 weeks (plus all the holidays). This system of learning is the most efficient way to teach students in a K-12 school. I believe that everyone would benefit from being in a year round school.
