Summary: The following is a book report on William Golding's Lord of the Flies."
The "Lord of the Flies" by William Golding was about group of English kids stranded on an island after plan got shot down during the world war. The novel goes through the children's emotion through the accident and sees how they unfold in their own utopia. The book goes through how people can make civilization and society effect on it. During the build of the civilization the group chooses a leader, Ralph, who decides the roles of the people in the group. The miniature government unravels and corruption and jealousy takes over the island. Golding portrays the civil side of people and the barbaric side of people through the novel.

In the novel "Lord of the Flies." They show how people show weakness when temptation comes along to take over. The slavery being to show threw the most sadistic character Roger. Roger use violence over the smaller kids...
