Summary: My essay is about the negative effects of the icreased consumption of fast food in today's modern society. Because of our changing modern lifestyle, it is unaviodable to eat in fast food restaurants. This, therefore, causes quite a number of harmful effects.
Maintaining a healthy diet is a decision everyone should make. It keeps us physically, mentally, and emotionally fit. It also prevents us from having diseases that are very much common today. But unfortunately, with the sudden increase of fast food options and the changing lifestyle of the modern individual, people do not get to maintain a healthy diet. Since fast food restaurants are all around, people find it more convenient to order food, instead of cooking at home. Because of the modern person's lifestyle, most people find it unavoidable to eat in fast food restaurants, therefore causing quite a number of negative effects.
