Summary:   Provides a media study of the film "Jaws" regarding the techniques used by Spielbrg.


The name of the film which I shall be analysing is Jaws. The director of the film Jaws is Steven Spielberg. This film is about a great white shark, which is at the beach which is located at the town of Amity. The people of this town are petrified due to the shark as it is attacking, the local citizens and visitors who come down to the beach to have an enjoyable time. Brody, the chief of the police has been set a task, to try and put an end to this devastation and finally kills the shark. The film is set in America in a small town called Amity and is set around the time of 4th of July; this is because this day represents independence for the American nation.
