Summary:   A book review about "The Partner" by John Grisham.


The Partner by John Grisham was a very thrilling and suspenseful novel about a man named Patrick Lanigan. Patrick Lanigan ."..had stolen ninety million dollars when he disappeared four years earlier" from his law firm. (49) He then escaped to Brazi. This is the beginning of the novel. As the book goes on, Patrick tells his story on how he was able to get the money and got away, which somewhat weakened the plot of the novel.

He was captured by a private company contracted by the law firm, he was working for. This private company was hired to find out where the money was.
