Essay

This letter is written by Martin Luther king jr. to his fellow Clergyman. In this letter he talks about many different things. He basically talks about morals and justice. He tells us that we need to be extreme in our thinking and in our actions. We need to protect the rights of all people. We need to be brave and stand up for our beliefs, even if it not the popular choice at the time. We need to follow our heart and not the law sometimes. We can break the law for a good cause but must be ready to suffer the punishments for the good of the cause. To stand up and be heard when e feel the cause is worthy enough.

This letter is totally related to doing the right thing. If you believe in God and the many things he has taught us you will know that sometimes you will be prosecuted for standing up for the right thing. He quotes many things from the bible. He tells us that doing the right thing is not always the easiest thing. That we may not always get the results we want the first time but we need not give up.

I totally agree with Martin Luther king Jr.'s letter. He is right that doing the right thing is not always the easiest. But you also have to be able to live with yourself and the decisions you make. Doing the right thing may get you in to some trouble; but if it is for a good cause it will be worth it. You need to follow your heart and you religious beliefs. If you live by what you belief you will be a better person for it in the end. You will have nothing to be ashamed of.
