For some this involves driving an hour north and parking in a RV park for a weekend in their amazingly luxurious campers. For others, they choose to get more remote and away from society by embarking on a primitive yet thrilling level of camping such as backpacking or hiking. And for those hardy campers who are looking to face nature in its severe and unforgiving self they turn to Winter Camping. Unlike any other season, winter is by far the most dangerous; even the smallest of accidents could prove fatal in a frigid environment. Winter Camping in all its aspects is challenging and dangerous, one must take careful steps to ensure their survival.
