During these two eras society, technology, and the sciences have thrived to help make the world a better place to live and enjoy. During these times, the world has advanced in every aspect of life, and had such a dramatic impact on the world, that life today would not be the same without them.

The Victorian era, spanning from 1830-1901, is associated with the reign of Queen Victoria in England from 1839 to 1901.
