Print advertisements and commercials seen on television are becoming a huge part of our lives. They have shaped our values to the point that they are taking over the decisions we make. Everything we are taught and believe are right from wrong are changed by the way they make us think and behave. Our culture is being shaped by these advertisements and commercials and sadly they are affecting us in a very negative way.
The first thing that my eye catches when I open a MAXIM magazine is usually the first page is filled up with a tobacco advertisement. There is usually a female model or a young handsome male smoking the cigarette making it more appealing to the young reader. The advertisement always has a quote which usually expresses the feeling.....
