The journey between life and death can be very complicated and difficult. Life's uncertainties and variables can bring either joy and happiness, or despair and despondency. Everyone experiences up's and down's in life. What gets us through the down times is the motivation to move on towards another 'up time' in our lives. We depend on those around us to help us through life. We need their love, companionship, and support. Through her life and her book Mrs. Dalloway, Virginia Woolf expresses that human kind needs communication, support, and companionship to remain in a healthy state of mind.

People need communication to healthily express their feelings. When one pours their heart out to another being, it seems that they cannot live their life without having that person to confide in. Often, the loss of a loved one.....
