Now, I don't have an amazing story of how I was a felon and I turned my life around or that my family is dead and I have had to take care of my siblings. But my story is about perseverance and how God has helped me understand my calling and place in this world.

God calls us to be more than ordinary men and to become saints. Everyday we strive to become more Christ-like. James 1:12 says"Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him." The best way to be in God's "winners' circle" is to love him and stay faithful even under pressure.
