The book I read for my report is called "The Da Vinci Code" by Dan Brown who is also the author of a recent book called "Angels and Demons." This fiction novel was published and released in the year 2003. The main plot of this book starts off with a man named Robert Langdon who is a Professor of Religious Symbology at Harvard University. Robert is an American visiting France for in town lectures. Langdon had scheduled an appointment to meet with a man named Jacques Sauniere who was murdered on that very night. Robert was questioned by police about his death even though he hadn't even been able to meet the man and was then accused as the main suspect by the French police for the murder of Sauniere.
