It's tough for me as a fifteen-year-old to decide on a life career, but I believe that I have found the right direction for me. When I researched at all of the options available to me, I was overwhelmed by the choices. I narrowed my decisions down to two careers: nurse practitioner and marine biologist. As a nurse practitioner, I will be able to help people in a variety of situations. That would be rewarding to me and helpful to other. As a marine biologist, I would be able to work with sea life, but mostly in a controlled environment. Even though I love all life, I immediately felt that working with people was far more rewarding than working in a laboratory. My research backed up my intuition. I am better suited for a career in nursing.
