Anaerobic Respiration

Summary: Details an experiment examining the yeast activity with the change of temperature in anaerobic respiration. Concludes that because the anaerobic respiration, the yeast had produce Carbon Dioxide so the lime water that was in the beaker will turn now milky.
Aim: The aim of the work is to study the east activity with the change of temperature in anaerobic respiration. In this experiment we are going to see how the temperature affects the rate of respiration of the yeast.

"The process which energy is realesed from the food is called respiration.

A food which is often used for obtaining eneggy is sugar, by combing with oxygen. Then cabon dioxide and water is formed. This could be sumarised like this:

Glucose + Oxygen  Carbon Dioxide +Water + Energy

This is type of repiration is called Aerobic, where the oxygen is present. But there is another type of repiration called anaerobic where oxygen is not present to broke down the glucose. In yeast glucose is broken down releasing ethanol plus corbon dioxide and energy. As you can see in next;

Glucose  Ethanol + Cabon Dioxide + Energy "

Hypothesis: When the temperature rises the quentity...
