Main purpose of this essay is to bring the closer look at customs, types of food in Israel, and provides an answer to the question 'Why people in this country eat, what they eat' and what impact have cost, climate, customs and other elements on the food eaten in Israel. It is a country full of history, religion and customs and the food is what these three points have common. Israelis also have plenty of traditional foods that are consumed especially on customs. Traditional food and diet is very important in Israeli people's lives however they are Jews, Arabic or Christian but they don't decline the foods from variety of cultures as well. One of the purposes of this people's diet is also health. Israeli health system is very modern and good-quality.
